I'm late to reviewing, but we had a professional and smooth experience when we bought our home and used Ms, Handa as our lawyer in summer of 2018. We had a lot of questions since my husband is American and I am Canadian and we were using his American income to purchase our home. Kritika is very professional and quick to respond. She is also patient and able to explain the situation clearly. During the property purchase, everything was taken care of and worked out smoothly. All I needed to do was to reply two emails and meet her once to sign the documents and pay the closing fee. Kritika also has an office at Yonge/Sheppard which is convenient for downtown clients.
